14-Day Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition

Unused and unwashed

Free of damage not caused during shipping

In its original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of Leaf’s pieces are custom or one-of-one artworks, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom artwork or made-to-order custom pieces

One-of-one, hand-painted items

Items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

The item

The packaging

The shipping label
We will replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
