Thank you for supporting Designs by Leaf. We work hard to ensure your artwork is packaged safely and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing Time

All ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom artwork and one-of-one pieces may require additional time depending on the project.
If your item is custom, you will receive an estimated timeline when the order is placed.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Designs by Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
If you need help after contacting the carrier, you may reach out through our contact form.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please submit the contact form within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
